Every surgery has different fees including surgeon fees, facility fees, and anesthesia fees. We will work with your insurance company to ensure our services are covered and to determine any required copays.
If you are paying by cash or card, please bring that form of payment with you on the day of your surgery. We cannot expect checks on the day of surgery.
